1. Service Fees At Global Expo Group LLC, we provide specialized travel coordination and consulting services. Please note that all Service and Coordination Fees charged by Global Expo Group LLC are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided or the coordination process has commenced. These fees compensate for the professional time and expertise invested in planning and managing your travel logistics.

2. Third-Party Provider Refunds Refunds for actual travel services (such as hotel accommodations, flights, or tours) are governed strictly by the refund policies of the respective Third-Party Providers. Global Expo Group LLC does not have the authority to override the cancellation or refund policies of hotels or airlines.

3. Cancellation Process If you wish to cancel a facilitated booking:

  • You must notify Global Expo Group LLC in writing.

  • We will assist in processing the cancellation request with the third-party provider.

  • Any refund granted will be subject to the provider’s terms and may incur administrative processing fees.

4. No-Shows No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or unused portions of travel itineraries.
